Wonago.com has prepared the following Terms and Conditions in order to answer Members questions on Resort bookings.

Warning! Wonago.com strongly advise that all members are covered by adequte Holiday Insurance before they travel. This insurance should cover you for Flights, Accommodation, Damage, Loss,Accidents, Medical Treatment and Evacuation, this is entierly the responsibility of the traveller when using Wonago.com.

1. Occupants must be at least 22 years of age or accompanied by a legal Guardian.
2. Reservations may be made online or through our reservation help desk at reservations@wonago.com or by Telephone on 01624610223.
3. Your Resort accommodation will be for 7 nights unless otherwise specified, partial Weeks are not available. Members wishing to extend their stay should contact the Resort direct.
4. Resort accommodation is predominantly in Two Bedroom, One Bedroom or a Studio Suite.
5. At check in you will be expected to supply written confirmation of your reservation and a major Credit Card.
6. Resort confirmations are for accommodation only and do not include food or transportation.
7. All Resort accommodation is subject to availability.
8. Once a request has been confirmed the Resort accommodation booked can not be cancelled or changed and you will be immediately be responsible for payment.
9. Each Resort has its own check in and check out Dates and times.
10. The Person named in the confirmation must be present at the time of check in
11. Your confirmed reservation must only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes.
12. Rental of these unit weeks to Third parties is strictly prohibited and unit occupancy rules are strictly enforced.
13. Please contact the Resort direct if you anticipate late arrival.
14. Wonago.com reserves the right to remedy booking problems prior to the guest securing alternative accommodation or committing to any costs. Wonago.com and KGH Ltd, it’s subsidiaries; Employees and Associates accept no responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage to persons or property for any reason whatsoever.

Resort Reservation Cancellation Policy

Once a confirmation has been accepted any Resort accommodation booked can not be changed or canceled. All confirmations are Final.
